Truth time: We apply the same level of care and attention in making you happy as we do creating and decorating your Whimsical Crispies. So if you feel something isn’t quite right with your order, give us a shout within 24 hours, and we will work with you to make it right.

Happiness Guarantee exchanges or refunds are issued less our shipping cost and are not applicable on gift cards. There may be some cases where we ask that the remaining crispies be returned to crack the mystery of what went sideways so that it never happens again. Quality control keeps us on a roll.
